Making a Difference

I voted last week so I could be available to help others vote.

I decided that I’m going to force myself to get out there and do something, even though I’m so chronically exhausted that I have to take prescribed stimulants just to stay awake.

I’m volunteering with an organization to drive people to the polls to vote over the next week and on Election Day.

I don’t think I would have done this while my husband was still alive, even though I would’ve wanted to do so…
